Customer Responsibility for Returns
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
There are no hidden fees, restocking charges, or deductions from your refund for returnable items.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return:
- Email us at info@averralondon.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a short note describing your return request.
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, we’ll provide clear instructions for arranging return postage at your cost.
Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

To qualify for a full refund:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (unless the item arrived damaged or faulty).

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement, including all postage and delivery costs, in line with UK and US consumer protection law.
Non-Returnable Items
None. All items sold by Averra London are eligible for return and refund, provided they are returned in accordance with the conditions set out in this policy. This includes personal care products, gift cards, and sale items, in line with UK consumer protection law.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm via email and issue a full refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
Please note: your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
